Ronald was born on the 1st of November 1897. He was the third child of Hughie & Mabel. He married Frances Mary Muir, in June of 1923 at Steyning, Sussex. Frances was born 8th December 1897 in Shropshire, England.

 

They had two children, Avice Muriel & Robin Hugh Buddle.  When the children were very young, they separated and divorced.  Bud was not willing to look after the children and Frances unfortunately suffered from extreme rhumatoid & osteo arthritis and struggled to look after herself given the extreme symtoms she suffered from.

 

Bud was a school teacher, he actually taught for some years at Ellsemere College, where his son Robin was a boarder.  He then moved to teaching at Millfield College in Somerset. 

 

He then took a job
